Elliot is a partner, project/operations manager and property manager for AVI and its related entities. He is also a native of St. Petersburg who brings critical and diverse professional expertise to the collective effort.

Not many companies have a team member who has construction knowledge, SWAT team experience and a law degree…but in Elliot, Anderson Ventures does. His undergraduate work at University of Tampa took him to North Charleston, South Carolina, where he spent time working for Trident Construction and the Mt. Pleasant police department. A move back to Florida and a degree from Florida Coastal School of Law positioned him as the internal resource for contracts, leases, tenant relations, site selection, entitlement approvals and other technical communication.

Elliot enjoys being back home in St. Pete and lives with his wife, toddler son and dog.
