Steve Anderson is President and CEO of Anderson Ventures, Inc. and principal partner in each of AVI’s business entities. What began as his father’s car wash business in Sarasota, ultimately spawned a tradition of successful family partnerships and a 30-year career in real estate brokerage, real estate development, property management, construction management, real estate financing, title insurance, bookkeeping services, and car wash chains in Tampa Bay, just to name a few.

Steve sees possibility in every opportunity – as long as the company’s core values of integrity, loyalty and responsible development practices are in alignment. And, of course, that all involved see a positive return.

Steve is just as active and dedicated as a volunteer in the St. Petersburg community as he is in business. Among many not-for-profit, civic and church boards, he has served as President of the St. Petersburg Police Athletic League, President of Maximo Elementary PTA, President of Breakfast Optimist Club of St. Pete, Chair of the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg, Chairman of Leadership St. Pete, and Vice Chairman of the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce. He is also a founding board member for Freedom Bank.

When he’s not working on a deal, you can find him enjoying sporting events and concerts, biking, golfing, and spending time with his wife and their merged family of nine children and one grandchild.
